The Birtle Miniota CDC and Prairie View Municipality are always looking to attract new residents, businesses and investments by making development more affordable. Proposed initiatives include offering municipally-owned residential & commercial lots for as little as one cent per square foot, with industrial lots priced at five cents per square foot. 

Combining modern advantages - like high speed internet, quality water services & low property taxes - with small town grit, Prairie View is dedicated to the sentiment: 'Live more for less.' We want people to experience our rural values alongside opportunities that may typically be associated with busier centers. We aim to strengthen our long-term growth across the municipality.
